Privacy Notice (Mexico — LFPDPPP)

In accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), Carlos Miguel Salazar Balam, with registered address at 5ta Av. Norte entre Juárez y 2, Col. Centro, Cozumel, Quintana Roo, C.P. 77600, México, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through TourBrain.
1. Purposes of processing
Primary (necessary for the service): Provider identification, subscription and billing management, booking delivery, customer support, and processing of traveler booking deposits.
Secondary (not essential): communications about new features or promotions. The data subject may object to these without affecting the service.
2. Personal data processed
Identification and contact data, billing data, business location, and where applicable data of the person responsible for the registered business. From travelers: contact detail and booking details.
3. Transfers
Data may be transferred to the technology providers listed in the Privacy Policy, solely for the purposes described. Some of these providers are located outside Mexico; by using the platform, the data subject consents to that international transfer for those purposes.
4. Exercising ARCO rights
The data subject may exercise their rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Objection by sending a request to soporte@creativabalam.com.mx, stating their name, the subscribed business (if applicable) and the right they wish to exercise. A response will be given within a maximum of 20 business days.
This notice is issued under Mexican law (LFPDPPP). In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
